We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to drive growth in the FMCG segment, with a strong focus on home fragrances and personal care products. 🚀
This includes categories such as deodorants, air fresheners, scented candles, perfumes, and related fragrance products.
This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who can expand market presence, build strong B2B partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. 🌐

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
📈 Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in home fragrance & personal care FMCG categories
🎯 Identify and expand B2B opportunities across products like deodorants, air fresheners, scented candles, and perfumes
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key institutional clients
👥 Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team to achieve revenue targets
🔍 Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity within fragrance and personal care segments
📊 Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic insights for leadership
💼 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with key clients
🔄 Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective go-to-market strategies
✈️ Travel as needed to develop new markets and strengthen client relationships

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
🧠 10+ years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, preferably in home fragrance or personal care segments
🏆 Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving market expansion
🌍 Experience in international B2B or export sales is an added advantage
