We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Leader to join our team and drive financial excellence, governance, and strategic decision-making.
🔍 Role Overview
This role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance, and partnering with leadership to drive business growth and efficiency.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting & forecasting and drive financial planning
• Risk Management
• Drive internal audits, controls, and risk management
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance frameworks
• Improve processes and strengthen ERP/system controls
• Support leadership with financial insights & strategy
• Lead and mentor the finance team
✅ What We’re Looking For
• CA with 6–10 years of experience
• Strong background in audit, compliance, and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with ERP & advanced Excel
• Experience in controls, risk, and governance
• Startup experience preferred
• Strong team management & stakeholder skills
