💼 What You’ll Do
✔ Drive regional sales growth and market expansion
✔ Build strong relationships with dealers, transporters & fleet owners
✔ Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team
✔ Develop and execute strategic sales plans
✔ Track market trends & deliver actionable insights
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales & business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
• Experience in tyre / automotive industry (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within the region
