Zonal Business Head – Affordable Home Loans 📍 Chennai | Handling Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh
- We are hiring a dynamic Zonal Business Head (ZBH) for a leading Housing Finance Company to drive Affordable Home Loan business across TN & AP.
- Role Highlights: Drive ₹60 Cr+ monthly business volume Lead large teams across 2 states: ✔ 26 CBH | 2 RH | 6 Area Managers ✔ 260 Sales Officers
- 50 BSMs Manage 18 branches (TN) & 8 branches (AP) Own P&L, growth, productivity & portfolio quality Drive sourcing via DSA, connectors, builder tie-ups
- Must Have: Affordable Housing Loan experience (Mandatory) Currently handling ₹50–60 Cr+ monthly disbursement
- Strong exposure to multi-location team handling Proven leadership in high-volume retail lending Expertise in low-income / LAP / affordable segmen
