We are Hiring for a Category Lead – Offline (General Trade)
We’re looking for a dynamic, result-driven Category Lead to take ownership of our offline business, with a strong focus on General Trade (GT) for a new age FMCG brand based out of Delhi NCR
What you’ll be driving:
• Leading and scaling the offline category with a core focus on General Trade channels
• Accelerating sales growth, distribution expansion, and market penetration across Delhi NCR, Jaipur & Agra
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing team
• Designing and executing GT strategies across retailer engagement, distributor management, and channel expansion
• Building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key ecosystem stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
• 7–10 years of experience in offline sales with strong exposure to General Trade
• Proven track record of managing large field teams and driving regional sales
• Deep understanding of GT distribution networks and market dynamics
• Experience across North Indian markets is a must.
