We are looking for a seasoned Finance and Commerce Head for a reputed manufacturing setup in Assam. This is a senior leadership role for a finance professional who can independently handle financial management, accounting operations, procurement, subsidiary coordination, and regional compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Manage accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and statutory closure.
Lead purchase and procurement functions, vendor negotiations, and cost control.
Handle subsidiary finance coordination and compliance requirements.
Support strategic planning with financial analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility inputs.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting; CA preferred.
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in finance and commerce.
Strong exposure to manufacturing / ethanol / distillery / brewery industry preferred.
Knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, ERP systems, and compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
