Scrabble is partnering with a fast-growing premium D2C consumer brand to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO), based in 📍 Mumbai. This is a high-ownership leadership role to work closely with the CEO and drive the company’s next phase of scale across operations, growth, team building, and business execution.
The company has built a strong product portfolio with multiple hero SKUs and is now looking for an operator who can bring structure, speed, and sharp decision-making to a fast-scaling environment.
We’re looking for candidates who:
– Have strong experience in D2C consumer brands, ideally across beauty, personal care, or FMCG
– Bring deep understanding of digital growth, marketplaces, Meta-led acquisition, and e-commerce operations
– Have experience building and managing high-performing, young teams in fast-paced environments
– Are hands-on operators with strong ownership, execution rigor, and decision-making ability
– Have scaled brands through high-growth journeys while balancing profitability and execution
