Head – Content Communication (D2C)

Are you someone who understands consumer psychology deeply and can turn insights into high-converting content strategies?
We’re looking for a Head – Content Communication to drive conversion-focused storytelling, funnel optimization, and growth strategy for a fast-growing D2C brand (Health & Wellness / Consumer Category).
🔍 What You’ll Own
• Lead content communication strategy across website, ad copies, landing pages, and CRM journeys
• Apply consumer psychology frameworks (persona building, behavioral targeting, messaging) to improve conversions
• Drive CRO & funnel optimization across digital touchpoints (Website, WhatsApp, Email, Assisted Sales)
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing & Sales teams to align messaging with business goals
• Analyze Meta & Google Ads performance (CTR, CVR, CAC, funnel metrics)
• Conduct competitive intelligence & market analysis to refine positioning and offers
✅ Must-Have Experience
✔️ 7+ years in content communication strategy for D2C / consumer brands
✔️ Strong expertise in conversion strategy & consumer psychology
✔️ Hands-on experience in CRO, funnel optimization, and performance marketing alignment
✔️ Proven ability to connect data insights with user behavior
✔️ Exposure to health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
