Scrabble are hiring: Head of D2C & Brand
Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 5–10 years
We are seeking a high-ownership professional to lead the end-to-end D2C journey for a fast-growing consumer brand.
The role will drive brand positioning, D2C platform (Shopify or similar), performance marketing (Meta & Google), content, influencer strategy, and CRM.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in D2C / consumer / lifestyle brands with a strong balance of brand building and performance marketing.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to manage key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV is essential.
