Open roles:
1. BizOps Head (8–15 yrs)
Own the engine: supply chain, inventory, logistics, manufacturing. Scale chaos into systems.
2. Growth Head (7–14 yrs)
If you’ve scaled ₹1Cr → ₹10Cr+ months and understand Meta + Google + Amazon loops deeply, this is yours.
3. Marketing Head (6–14 yrs)
Blend brand + performance. Build recall, community, and revenue—simultaneously. Gen Z intuition is non-negotiable.
4. Finance Head (5–10 yrs)
CA. Build the financial backbone—FP&A, fundraising, strategic planning.
5. Talent / People Head (6–12 yrs)
Hire leaders, not just roles. Partner closely with founders to shape the org.
6. Business Head (5–10 yrs)
Own P&L. Drive growth while improving unit economics. No vanity metrics.
