National Sales Head – Lighting
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive our B2B & B2C Sales in the Premium lighting space across India. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building markets, leading teams, and delivering strong business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead national sales strategy and drive revenue growth
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors & key accounts
• Drive specification and project sales across segments
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams
• Own P&L, pricing strategy, and business performance
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 12–20+ years of experience in B2B / B2C sales
• Strong exposure to Premium lighting / electricals / Appliances
• Proven track record in national sales leadership roles
• Strong network within architect and consultant ecosystem
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
