CTC- 15-16 lpa
Preference for– Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager.

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Role Summary:
The role focuses on driving sales growth and executing brand strategies across West region through effective planning, activations, and partnerships.

*Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance market share within the assigned territory.

*Lead BTL activations, trade promotions, and brand asset deployment in collaboration with marketing and branding teams.

*Identify and execute event collaboration opportunities with outlets (e.g., themed nights, promotions).

*Drive premiumization through effective upselling of brands across outlets.

*Manage distribution of Wines, Beers, by ensuring consistent availability across region.
