Regional Sales Managers to drive our General Trade & Modern Trade business for South and West Region Colorbar Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance across GT & MT channels in the region
• Build and expand distributor network and retail coverage
• Manage modern trade accounts and strengthen key partnerships
• Ensure effective execution of trade schemes, promotions & visibility
• Track primary, secondary sales and overall business health
Must Have handled BA CHANNEL SALES
What We’re Looking For:
• 10–15 years of experience in Beauty/ Personal Care Sales
• Strong exposure to General Trade & Modern Trade
• Proven track record in regional sales management
• Excellent distributor & key account management skills
• High ownership and result-driven mindset
• Lead and manage on-ground sales team
