Regional Sales Manager – North India based at Jaipur/ Lucknow
Looking for someone who understands the North market well, can drive sales numbers, and knows how to manage distributors and teams on-ground. If you’ve worked closely with retailers, handled regional challenges, and enjoy being out in the market – this role might be a good fit.
What you’ll be doing:
– Driving primary & secondary sales across the region
– Managing distributor relationships and stock flow
– Leading a team of ASMs & Sales Executives
– Working on visibility and marketing initiatives on-ground
– Traveling across markets and building strong retailer connects
– Sharing MIS and updates for business decisions
What we’re looking for:
– 8+ years of experience in regional sales (North India)
– Comfortable in English & Hindi
– Someone confident, practical, and good with people
– Strong team handling experience
– Must be from Auto component/ Lubricant industry
