Fast&Up is Hiring: Product Manager (RTD Portfolio) 🚀
We are looking for a high-energy Product Manager to own the end-to-end growth of our Ready-to-Drink category. If you thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and know how to scale brands across both physical shelves and Quick Commerce, we want to talk to you.
THE ROLE
1. Drive revenue growth and margin optimization for the RTD portfolio
2. Execute growth playbooks across GT, MT, E-commerce, and Q-Comm
3. Partner with sales teams to expand distribution and accelerate secondary offtake.
4. Lead integrated marketing and experiential programs to drive trials and repeat stays
5. Leverage consumer insights to launch new flavors, formats, and functional variants.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience: 2–4+ years in Category Management (FMCG/Beverage preferred)
2. Proven track record in Retail and Quick Commerce
3. Strong P&L management and data-driven decision-making skills
4. A natural at managing cross-functional stakes (Marketing, Ops, Supply Chain)
