We are seeking a powerhouse deal-maker for our client, a unique Fintech aggregator platform operate as a Unified Lending Interface (ULI) to provide high-value debt and retail lending solutions. 🏢✨
📍 Location: Chandigarh
💰 Budget: ₹15 LPA – ₹20 LPA
🎓 Qualifications: CA / MBA Finance / CFA Level 2
✅ MUST-HAVES:
🔹 Experience 5+ years strictly within Private Banks, Investment Banking, or Tier-1 NBFCs.
🔹 Track Record: Proven history of closing corporate deals between ₹10 Cr – ₹100 Cr.
🔹 Expertise: Deep knowledge of Corporate Finance, Credit Appraisals, and Debt Structuring.
📝 Responsibilities:
🤝 Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle from mandate to execution.
🏦 Manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Family Offices, and AIFs.
📈 Acquire high-value corporate clients and drive regional partnerships.
⚖️ Structure complex debt requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
