We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager with strong exposure to banking, stressed assets management, or NBFC operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, financial management, and statutory compliance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
✔ Qualified CA with relevant post-qualification experience
✔ Experience working in Banking / NBFC sector (mandatory)
✔ Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
✔ Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF & ESIC (computation & returns)
✔ Good understanding of RBI regulations and circulars
✔ Experience in quarterly & annual financial closing
✔ Exposure to banking coordination and internal audits
✔ Working knowledge of Ind AS (preferred)
