Strategic Partnerships Lead | Location: Mumbai| Experience: 12+ Years
About the Role:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Strategic Partnerships Lead to build and scale strategic alliances across India’s fintech, HR tech, payments, and B2B SaaS ecosystem. This role will work closely with the leadership team to drive ecosystem partnerships, indirect revenue growth, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage strategic partnerships across HRMS, fintech, payments, rewards, and engagement platforms.
– Identify, onboard, and nurture high-impact ecosystem partners.
– Drive alliance strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
– Lead joint GTM programs, partner enablement, and sales collaboration initiatives.
– Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
– Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to maximize partnership outcomes.
– Track partnership performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution
Desired Profile:
– 12+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
– Strong network within India’s fintech and/or HR tech ecosystem.
– Proven experience in building revenue-generating partnerships.
– Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
– Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, rewards, or HR tech preferred.
– Good understanding of sales processes and CRM platforms.
Travel across client locations and company offices within India will be required.
