AGM – Talent Acquisition | Gurgaon
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end hiring and build strong talent pipelines for a growing organization.
Key responsibilities:
-Manage complete recruitment lifecycle across functions
-Drive lateral hiring for Sales & support roles
-Build pipelines using multiple channels (portals, referrals, etc.)
-Partner with stakeholders and manage vendors
-Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters handling mid to senior-level hiring
What we’re looking for:
-Strong experience in high-volume and lateral hiring
-Proven team management and stakeholder handling skills
-Hands-on with recruitment metrics and reporting
