This is a category CBO-style mandate with full ownership of growth, profitability, and scale across offline expansion, sales, marketing, and operations.
Major KRAs:
– Own end-to-end P&L including revenue growth, margins, and profitability
– Drive offline expansion and build strong sales engines with ROI focus (CAC, conversions, collections)
– Lead demand generation across offline (BTL, partnerships) and digital channels
– Ensure operational excellence and delivery quality across all learning centers
– Drive data-led decision-making and cross-functional execution with product, finance, and academics
– Build and lead high-performance teams with strong ownership culture
