Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive sales growth in the SSO/SSMT channel through effective execution of sales and marketing strategies, expansion of market coverage, and strong management of key accounts and distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory
Expand coverage across SSO/SSMT outlets (national, regional & local formats)
Manage and retain key accounts while building strong relationships
Appoint and manage distributors for effective market servicing
Execute sales and marketing plans in line with business objectives
Monitor performance and drive continuous business improvement
Lead, guide, and mentor SSOs/field staff
