Synergy Resource Solutions is looking for a Head of D2C for a premier, Ahmedabad-based D2C baby product brand with a ₹200 Cr+ turnover. This is a high-impact role owning the end-to-end P&L, D2C strategy, and digital growth.
The Mission
As the Head of D2C, you will lead the charge in acquisition, conversion, and retention across both web and app channels. You’ll be the bridge between marketing, tech, and product to build a world-class customer journey.
Key Highlights:
Location: Ahmedabad (HO)
Experience: 8+ Years
CTC: ₹16,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 PA
Tech Stack: Shopify, CleverTap (Lifecycle Automation), Nector Pay (Loyalty).
What You’ll Do:
Strategy & P&L: Own the D2C P&L across Shopify web and mobile app channels.
Performance Marketing: Drive ROAS-led scaling via Meta and Google Ads.
App Growth: Lead app-specific funnels, ASO, and retention using CleverTap (Push, Deep-linking, Behavioral triggers).
Retention & Loyalty: Design gamified loyalty strategies using Nector Pay.
AI & Insights: Use ML/AI models for churn prediction, CLV forecasting, and real-time personalization.
Who You Are:
A marketing or analytics MBA with 7+ years in D2C/E-commerce growth.
App-Native: Deep expertise in mobile app growth (Install → First Purchase → Retention).
Data-Driven: Proficient in GA4, cohort analysis, and multi-touch attribution.
Leader: Able to manage external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
