Profile- Looking for a seasoned sales professional who will heading complete sales function.· Define and execute the national sales strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets
· Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), leading surgeons, hospital chains, and institutional stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing national sales team including Regional Sales Managers and key account leaders
Plz note strong experience in selling medical device capital equipment like C with a medical device industry is mandatory
